I was recently banned for 2 days by bot busting. Which I think is when a J Mod Manually bans you.

 

It was during the middle of the night too.

 

So is the best time to bot when Jagex is asleep? should I only bot during the day for no more than 10-12 hours?

i wouldnt bot more than 10 hours a day, and jagex is always online -.-

I think botting time doesnt matter as Jagex have auto bots catching system which works 24/24

All the time.

During the day in your timezone. Because Jagex knows the Ip adress you are on and lets say you show up on the east coast. Then they could figure out that your on at 4am and would look more suspicious. So probly around 10 to 12 hours a day would be alright. I know leaving the bot open during the day is more tempting but worth it so your accounts dont get banned.

i wouldn't bot when your sleeping as a stuck random could detect your botting and you get banned, so you should always monitor your bot and try not to bot over 10 hours take break.

No best time to run a bot. Short and sweet answer. 

Totally agree with ricky there is no best time just do it wisely not stupidly.
