How to use a Proxy to connect with OSRS [Pictures for the ]

Featured Replies

how do you know the proxy is working? When i open the .bat file the cmd pops up opening osbot, does that mean the sock proxy is working?

What type of proxies work, socks4/5 http etc...?

You need SOCKS proxies, NOT http. A lot of people on this forum seem to make this mistake, and then make false claims against proxies when they get banned T_T

Guys does this still work?

Cant seem to get anything working.... Got a proxy set up thats paid and just doesn't seem to use it... Anyway heres what I've got in my bat.

@echo off
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre7\bin\java.exe" -DsocksProxyHost=theIP -DsocksProxyPort=10080 -jar osbot.jar
exit

any idea why?
