Since there aren't any implied in this section I would like to supply somewhat of ordinance to prevent scamming etc..

 

By posting any services in this thread you agree to the following:

 

You will by no means hack or scam any accounts for their gold items or credentials (If proper proof is given account will be held liable on all of OSBot and listed as non-trust-able as well as account watch by me personally to prevent even further crimes)

 

Any attempt of framing or flaming any of the sellers because you just personally do not care for them will not be accepted unless as listed above proper proof of something they are being convicted of has been proven correct by any of the staff team.

 

There is a zero tolerance for not only the listed above accusations but also any refund for credit against an account, meaning:

 

User purchases membership from other user, user that provided membership then waits until end of the month and refunds the credit, user who bought is now in debt of $20.00 to JaGeX and their account is locked, proof of this will also result in blacklisting, account checking per IP Address, and most likely some sort of punishment chosen by the staff team.
