I've never heard of botbanssquashed@jagex.com; pretty sure he's just trolling you.  parents@jagex.com is definitely the best e-mail to contact about account support.

    has to be fake, i had an offense "quashed" before, not "squashed"

    and yes support on parents@jagex.com

    but sometimes they respond in hour sometimes take 10 days -_-

    I tried this and failed to get a response :'(

    well sometimes i send them more time same email its can take up to 2 weeks till they read..
