How can an account that has never botted, receive "macroing gold farming" ban?

Featured Replies

Basically an unbotted account received a macroing gold farming perm ban. No clue how this could happen, do you?

Jagex is a hungry money company banning everything they can hoping you pay for P2P again. yep.

JaGeX uses file caches on your computer.  To prevent bot bans, you generally want to repeatedly delete any .dat files that JaGeX puts on your computer.

i've got banned without even doing anything on my ip yet. only had a 2 day ban for botting lobsters. it just was like GG 5 accounts

Need more information...

Did you create the account on an IP where you had created other accounts before?

What were you botting?

Age of the account/total level?

Payment method (& is that linked to other accounts that have been banned in the past)?

etc..

Never heard of this as a prevention method before. Anyone else confirm this?

You probably botted on another account so they got ur ip kept a watch on you and decided to ban your other account instead.
