He contacted me via skype stating he wanted to buy via pp then I told him I wasent selling for pp (although it clearly states it that im swapping) & only wanted to swap the gold.

Explanation:

 

we both agreed on that location. After logging in - and stating that he was there - there was a trade request, miraculously. I asked if I was in the trade with 5uck, and 5uck confirmed. Right afterwards, he claimed that he has been trying to do the trade, yet it said that the player was busy.

 

First off, it's kind of suspicious that a trade request was sent within moments of my arrival.

Secondly, it's also suspicious that 5uck didn't say how he couldn't trade me until after the other player recieved the 34m.

 

I also said '34m in trade', and 5uck responded with 'yeah for 340m eoc'. That phrase said that he was trading me and was going to give him 340m eoc afterwards.

 

Honestly, it just looks like 5uck either dual logged, or had a friend trade me and then played it off by trading him with a familiar account that everyone else recognizes so that he can look legit and play it off.

simply look at the video, only a retard would give an excuse "i have someone following me around" after they say they're just logging in, coincidence? I think not.

 

Would someone randomly trade me and then you'll confirm on skype saying "yes" i think that kinda weird, like if some sort of pro hacker was behind us both and watching what world & location were at. Coincidence? i think not

i've been clean since i started using the market, check all my accounts on diff sites e.g pb, hex & so on, what makes you think i'll tagert someone who contacted me?

3) If you want to bring logistics into this, I've grossed over $4,000 in script sales, hold a SM position, and 34M to me is next to nothing. Why would I go out of my way to scam you for it?

Dont give me a bullshit story on how successfull you are, there are plenty of people who have made 50x what you'll ever touch and look at them now, banned

With that being said, it's not likely that the person standing there traded you for no reason.

It looks messed up because he said "trading?" You replied with "yes" He then said "34m in trade" and you replied with "yes for 340m eoc."

I think several other people would consider that confirmation(as shady as it is).

It's pretty shady that you wouldn't say I'm trying to trade you or you're trading the wrong guy or something.

 

But I also find it shady that he would so quickly accept the trade with that little shady bit of confirmation.

Is it possible for a mod/admin to add me on skype where we could sort this out easier, I dont feel too comfortable having so many bias opinions

I feel this was 1 of a few things that happened.

 

 

1. This was a set up that involved a voice mic, as you confirmed "i usually don't record this" yet with a moderator and a trusted person you decide too? I also think you could have had your buddy there on a mic with you. As the guy in the second screen didn't accept it for a bit. Who sees that much money in the 2nd screen and doesn't accept and wait for you to accept or decline.

 

2. Honest mistake, I feel it could have been an honest mistake, I do feel like you both need to learn the market a little better and make sure you always confirm who you are trading with and not get sub-par answers. It makes you both look unprofessional and caused this to happen in my opinion.

 

 

3. 5uck is a scammer, while he said logging in and trading you, he was already logged in under that pile if you notice when you right click you can see "eey" in the pile. He never directly answered your questions, he never said "wait stop your trading someone else" you were away from the bank so I don't know why he would say "stop banking and trade me"

 

 

^^ It seems one of the 3 could have happened, since you both were very indirect and seem like both of you could have been at fault here either way. I will be handling this like any other scam report. With that said no ones post will be seen by the public, i will hide it right away although I will read it and appreciate your input.

What has come over the last few hours: 

 

A3R0 has shown nothing but disrespect and keeps saying "ban him" this was before 5uck even got on and could tell his side, the he wasn't going to accept the refund that he wanted him banned. Which makes me believe it was a set up as he was out to get him. He ran to another forum and posted a hate thread on him calling him numerous slurs "faggot" is one of them. I would also like to point out that there is 0 proof and I mean 0 proof that it was 5uck, all it is, is  a coincidence that someone traded you, which happens quite a lot in my experience. People trade the wrong person all the time, you just happened to trade instantly put up 34m, and why would he decline? That is like handing someone 1,000 dollars and him saying no thanks. 

 

 

5uck has came online and has been nothing, but helpful trying to explain the whole situation and you declined to listen to anything and just kept saying ban him "idgaf" and he has offered to pay you half which he doesn't even have right now. He also offered to give you ALL his scripts for free. You declined and wanted him banned.

 

 

5uck was in the wrong as he wasn't supposed to be in the market without my permission. He made a stupid judgement, but you made the same one by not confirming that he was in the trade with you. Your first language is not English and within the 2-3 hours of our conversation I have a hard time understanding you.

Basically what it boils down to is you traded without confirmation someone 34M and realize that you made the mistake of doing so, but have no option, but as a human to try to get your money back or punishment for the person you feel like could have stopped it. 

 

 

I won't ban him, he offered to pay you back half the GP, which he didn't even have to. As you can clearly see in the video him trying to trade you after you gave the money to a random. There are several different things that could have happened. It is in the staff teams best interest to hope you accept the 50% refund from him  + the scripts he offered. 

 

 

I am sorry for your loss, 5uck will not go back to being a super mod with his actions today.

This was before we learned more about the whole situation my first assessment was a quick overview of the thread, i looked deeper and clearly learned more about the whole situation. You had it set in your mind from minute 1 after you got scammed by a random person that you wanted him demoted + ban, no one in their right mind would claim they need "money for my daughters food" yet when they are offered a 50% refund they deny it and say "ban him IDGAF" 

 

 

He won't be banned, he offered you a 50% refund and scripts, it was your choice to deny it or accept it. You can talk to him about it like adults instead of acting like your 12 years old sending 20 messages like this

 

 

He was stripped of his moderator rights he was still offering you a 50% refund + free scripts, 

 

If you have any further proof that he was the guy you traded the 34M feel free to make another dispute, as of now your dispute is lacking evidence that it was him, as he never gave you confirmation that it was him.
