This is his reason for chargeback which is obviously false .

 

• 22/11/2013 11:38 SST - Buyer: I have purchased my runescape gold from him. And he was supposed to get it to me within the week, but he has not answered me and refuses to give me my purchase. I would like a refund as I have not received my item.
  

 

Explanation:

 

 I have actually talked to him on skype regarding this transaction and I actually paid him the full amount of runescape gold that he was buying . I have given him the goods that he bought and he is definitely trying to scam me , by disputing this transaction , trying to get a chargeback from it . Here is the evidence of the skype conversation as follows .Evidence of Skype Conversation with Sebestian :Starting of Conversation when he first added me on skype.  It's clearly that I did give him the correct goods within 20 minutes and he accepted the trade on 16 November 2013 at 10.16pm +8 GMT . Therefore I am clearly a legit seller and he is disputing the transaction trying to scam me right now and hoping to get his money back . As you can see from the evidence above , it is very clear that the transaction was successful . Please Look into this as soon as possible as I will not tolerate scamming community members in OSBot . Thank you .

Try calling paypal on the phone and explaining the situation to them. This has worked to get my money back from scammers a few times now.

 

In the future I suggest only selling to trusted members as this can happen very easily with untrusted members

ok I'm wish321 and that is not my skype yoloswag can verify it, i asked for a payment today for ced's service because ced is not replying on skype he only gave me 3 accounts to train and it looks like yoloswag was scamming me. Yolo was getting banned on alot of botting sites so I thought you were going to keep the money. I however do know the skype's user who did scam and I can confirm he has scammed with my account, I also did give him access to my account. I did not however know he was going to do that purchase of gp with my account until after he did it. I know I am going to be held accountable for what he did and I am very sorry but I want you to know I am not a scammer and my skype is michael.breaux6 you don't know how ashamed I am of this I will try to get the person to refund but I don't think he will

You admitted to sharing your account with someone which isn't allowed. You knowingly let someone use your account, and they scammed. I see you know your at fault here, which means you will have to pay him back. I appreciate your honesty, and I see you changed your password to your account. I do see that isn't your skype. I would like the guys Osbot account who you shared with.  You can PM me this please.

 

You will have to work out with the member that was scammed by your account how you can pay back and a time table, once agreed upon you can both come to me and let me know. This is why we don't condone account sharing this type of stuff happens so often. I am sorry to all members involved.

 

I also need to know when you started sharing your account with him.

 

 

 

I want to make this clear, I am not a scammer I didn't think it was against rules to share accounts because I remember hades and stuart sharring accounts and violent made a dispute i think it was Master chief said it wasn't against the rules. Tbh I never read the rules so I don't even know if this is true. Like I said I'm very sorry this happened I got the scammer to close the dispute as we are still friends and he didn't want to screw me over. Once a decision is made on pay pal the user can only recover once so mrbotty doesn't have to worry about a charge back. I do not have a pay pal so let me know if this is true. I let like 3-4 friends of mine shared my osbot account because we weren't really into the community and stuff at the beginning, they didn't want to make the account and I wanted them to level fast so I just let them use my account as of now none of them know my password. Now that I do services I will be more careful with my account.
