Studies have shown that the average use of marihuana in the US, where it is illegal, is higher than in The Netherlands, where it is legal. The topic of discussion is, why should marihuana be legal or illegal. Legal, because when it becomes legal it won't be as big of a deal and less people will care or even bother to do it. Also dealers are pushing against it becoming legal because first it will cut their profits and add more variety (knowing this because I spoke to a couple).

Drugs shall stay illegal, and the methods to track & destroy it should increase.

I think it should be a choice to do it where you want to
