Explanation:

User asked to buy 15m . As he had low feedback , I didn't want to take the risk and decided to sell him 10m . When I felt unsafe , I asked him if I could give him 5m first and after the payment was made I would pass him the other 5m . He agreed as shown in the screenshot . However when I met him at World 333 Lumbridge where the deal was made , he scammed me and immediately logged out , and blocked me on skype as shown under Being Ignored above . Please ban him from this website as I do not wish to have such community members in this community . Please make sure you do something about it . Thank you .
