I think it would be really cool if there was a Make money section that doesn't deal with making money in runscape but rather ways to make money Online, or offline I have a few guides/and tips that I would like to share with the community but there's really no spot to share them right now.

And there would only be like a maximum of 10 guides in their anyways, and it isn't worth a whole forum section. I believe that there are more important new sections that should be prioritized, that is if any are added.
