Why you shouldn't leave OSBot

Featured Replies

Sure there are a few reasons to leave, but I do think it's starting to become kind of ridiculous. As @GoldenGate said, a lot of people that say they are leaving, have come back. It feels like this community is brainwashing all of the new members into thinking that OSBot is awful, its really not that bad. The only problem I can think of is that the developers do not put in the time and effort that they should. It seems as if OSBot is 95% flawless (with the exeptions of a few randoms and some minor bugs). I have had several 100+ hour proggies, and I have never achieved that with any other bot. OSBot has its ups and downs, but nothing can be perfect. This whole "OSBot sucks we should all leave" is starting to really tear this site apart, and I think people should just chill out a bit. I think that the dev's are starting to put in a little bit more time into the bot, and we should just give it some time. It would be better if OSBot wasn't all dramatic, and we don't want the new members to think poorly of OSBot just because of this dramatic phase.

Thank you :)

Ya, it was a rough few weeks but hopefully things will turn around. Time to start being positive!

Perfectly said. The hotshots around here left and told everyone what a crappy site this was which is why everyone was in a big fuss about the future of the site. Now that their gone *cough* @Dashboard *cough* I can't wait to see how much of a better community and client we will be in the future.

well it isnt even just the admins, its also the script writers.

Like Dash is the only one who can write a barrows bot...rolleyes.gif

OSbot is not that bad.  Its better than most other Old School Runescape bots out there, there is just a little bit of laxidasicality (sorry if that isn't a word) with the developers.. that is all

I think that OSBot is one of the most flawless bot out now.

I just don't understand why people make such a big deal about something that is against the rules anyway. When the bot's down, I consider it a sign to actually do shit on the game. Instead of playing the game like I do, others like to come onto a forum and bitch 24/7 until the devs bring the bot back and then love them unconditionally.

OSBot is the best OSRS bot right now. The other bots can't compare.

I don't get why people do not understand this.

a community is only as good as it's members... if the members think its shit, the community thinks its shit, so it is our job to promote osbot :D

Make it clear and other members as a community will follow in the foot steps :)
