    They can't even fix the main product that they are selling to us, why the fuck does the chatbox matter right now, well actually they are lazy and have been putting it off and taking all our money

    They aren't selling it to us. We are paying to run more bots, anyways they aren't going to refund anyone. Says it on their terms of service on using the bot. Ranting does nothing. 

    maybe, one time, in about two months. The chat will be back up and they are usefull again.
