The live chat is amazing, but a lot of people come onto it wanting support, if we could have another chat for support or just have the live chat both support and just chilling.  Most people don't want to wait a couple of hours for a reply back on a post just for a little fix, I think this would be great:)

First we get an IRC and almost no one uses it.. and we get a chat and now you want another want for other purpose? I totally disagree, there a support forum you can go there and seek for help.

I don't use IRC at all anyways and it is more convenient if it is on the OSbot to just simply click on, but like I said before people do not want to wait awhile for just a simple fix, most people just want to start botting right away.

Most of the questions are already answered multiple times, but they don't feel like searching.

There is a support section for a reason, no need for a separate chat.

It's annoying enough that people still ask for help in the chat.

I personally don't find it annoying, as long as someone can bring the person into pms to help, or atleast a seperate section, if I were new, I'd go to a live chat looking for live support...

Can we have a separate chat for Golden Gates too? Just so he can talk to himself and not annoy the rest of us...
