My name is Vin Dicarlo and i wonder if this would work. Let me explain this briefly.

When you get caught for ''botting'' jagex denys to actualy show you evidence, why? probably because it would show you what they used to catch you bot.

Say i take jagex to court to demand them to show me the evidence because im paying for the account, which would make it my property no?

If they did end up showing me evidence do you think on this evidence it would show me what they used to catch me botting? if so if i gave this evidence to the owners of OSbot would it help improve this bot? just a quick thought let me know what you think because if it could work i wont hesitate to call my lawyer live. if u find anything wrong with this theory please tell me so i can find ways around it. feel free to help.

You can't take them to court for banning your account.

 

Why?

 

It's not YOUR account it is THEIRS. When you agree to the Terms of Use you agree that is there account, you agree that they have the discretion to ban it if they feel they need to.

Who would take someone to court over that, I think you need to think about your future

We need a sleeper cell in Jagex, then we can find out what they use for bot detection.

You guys dont get it... its like its flying right above your head. i want to take them to court to see the evidence!!! the fucking evidence not because they fucking banned me ffs. i dont give two shits if they ban me i want to see the evidence i have the right to see...

OK, yea, jagex has dumb updates. But in court they are smart, and ready.

And on what grounds do you plan on suing them? There's a little something called Terms and Conditions when you sign up for the game.

 

You do not have the rights to see the evidence because the account belongs to them and not you.

All accounts are property of jagex ltd. with every intention and right to seize all account information and details based on what they have seen or want to do.

 

If a problem is taken up with them, simply log out and not play the game. As they have 1000 lawyers, and you would get laughed at by the judge and probably thrown in jail for wasting time...

No, you don't see it. Before you can play the game you agree to their terms of use. You have NO right to see any evidence. There is in no way shape or form you can take them to court for banning you.
