Basically I want this to explode....Should I add a cloning object + Regid body tag?

I've been looking for some tutorials but there to much in-depth around 30-50 minutes long

The only way you're going to get a good understanding is through an in-depth tutorial.

I've got an idea off how to do it, but it explodes really weird...

At first I was learning 10 min tutorials and was lazy like you, then I went into depth tutorials and learned how to make new effects etc. Don't be afraid to try something new.

Goodluck man! I wanted to make these but I'm also discouraged by the lenght of a tutorial, however this one isn't long compared to the one you said.
