Maybe there should be a rank for helpers/support team, i think this will prevent useless threads and will help the comunity grow.

i know there are moderators, but still, a rank speficily for that would be be good imo

I believe the staff team currently can handle the forums in general with ease. I don't believe a 'Forum Assistant' should be made as it's really not necessary and is a wasted rank.

Usually the helper rank is made in private servers because the moderators are busy on the forums, therefore they need extra help in game to control the community.

 

We aren't having any problems with the community, the moderators can handle everything. It would just be another popularity contest rank, or whoever can suck the most staff D**k.

Yeah i know where you are going with your statement, and you kind of have a point, butt i do feel like there would be so much less usess posts if they just pm a helper. and to be clear, i didnt feel offended in any way, i like you too

Helper rank doesn't come from Matrix haha, plenty of forums and sites have/had Server Support / Forum Support / "Helper" ranks long before that server and even before servers. It's just a rank.

I think that having too many ranks is unnecessary and currently the Mod team seems to be handling the forums very effectively.  Unless there is a sudden large surge of users on the forums, there should be no need to have this rank

I think this was suggested before and was shot down. The helper group is like the mod group and the super mods are the real mods in a way, but not really. The idea is still there. Plus, chatbox assistants are in a way the helpers since that is were mods usually come from.

i think this is a good idea tbh.
