If that doesn't work download the newest JRE and JDK from http://www.java.com Not necessary to delete the entire folder, and with 'error loading settings' it's not a Java issue. All you need is: Deleting your "local.dat" file in C:\Users\yourusername\OSBot\data should fix this error.
