Is it inevitable that we conform to the world and society around us? If not, what happens when a person does not accept and does not play by the rules of the dominant culture?

Conforming is necessary to civilization. You can't have a coherent, successful society with everyone running around doing their own thing. The people who don't play by the rules either end up influencing their society in a (hopefully) positive way, or homeless and destitute. It's a risk that can go either way.

There will be updates. But you know that it is inevitable that it won't last long.

It means they give new ideas and perspectives which could negatively or positively influence the current society.

The fact you're questioning it shows that there is another way, so in itself you're question is paradoxical. If that's a word.

It's just humanity is currently all tuning in to the same vibrations and experiencing the same things, thinking the same way. Conforming is more of an easy option in life, but one which will never truly give you the life your heart desires. Well, for me that's correct, and I'm sure it's the same for many others. I don't see how someone can enjoy doing what there told and never consciously creating there own life, living from there own self.

I for one am sick to the fucking bone with 95% of people i see on a regular basis. Everyone is just so,.. well, upholding this can of bullshit. Needing to interact in this limited way all the time, basically social conditioning we have all been brought up to learn. I'm not saying it's bad or wrong, it's obviously part of the learning process of being human at this time, but there definitely comes a time (and for me it's NOW) where it no longer serves you to stay in this limited mind-frame, and for me personally being around people who are like this who are expecting me to act in a certain way so it doesn't spoil the world they've created in their mind, quite frankly is making me depressed. I'm sick to death of having to act a certain way, i don't function like a robot. I express myself randomly, spontaneously, i don't make sense sometimes to the logical mind which everyone but a few seem to be so stuck in, and i just feel like i'm more of a creative minded person, im not saying this in an egotistical way, im just saying i feel like i'm suffocating because i can't express myself freely when i'm around certain people. No idea if i've gone off topic here i've just gone on,.. but yeah. Hope my post has made sense to someone.

just look at America, they arnt2greatz.

Better than chinese, africans, muslims, and who ever else has a bad culture.

Chinese = limited kids, hard work.

Africans = Need food FROM americans, thus why we have the commercial to help needy kids in africa.

Muslims = wanting to bomb us all the time.

Americans = Free as can be, to do wtf ever we want.

100% non racism, this is stereotyping, as you said about americans smile.png

Full question:

Understood it, People expect us to be a way, and then hate us for not being what they want. very controlling in my eyes.

just gotta find those people that like you for who you are

As for being in public people do have some boundaries and values that you should respect out of who they are

Oh and some peoples egos are fun dealing with, like i've had people come up to me in arguments saying all this shit THEY see bad that i simply do not value, funny how it somehows turns a switch in their minds that they are winning the argument

Lol America is doing just fine for being in the shitter... economically.

Because of Obama people are starting to realize what is what. Though He has driven us in wrong directions with good intentions, it is NOT what we need.

+ Most of the world loves us. Maybe not in a civilian aspect, but most governments couldn't do without us.

So many people on RS forums like this really only know close to nothing about how America is doing. They just catch a glimpse of the news and hear something bad, stamp it, label it, and throw it to the side.

That's why I have the girlfriend I have. Because I don't conform. Fuck that shit. I'm not going to become fat and go to the mall everyday to suck down McDonalds and sit on my phone with a 30GB dataplan.
