as the title says, that is what im looking for, quests aren't needed, just make sure the account has 94 mage, i prefer 50 attack but if it has 60, it is also okay. 
I prefer 31 pray, but if it is 43 pray, i guess its okay if the account isn't a too high combat lvl

It would be cool if the account had the skills for lunar diplomacy, i will do all the subquests and lunar itself.

 

---IMPORTANT---- NO BANS ! ( if it has a ban, then ALL of the stats to complete lunar diplomacy MUST be skilled, also it must have 90+str, then i will buy a (temp)banned account)
