Jagex and their detection

Featured Replies

Hiya guys!

Coming back after like 2 years of not playing osrs. Been using a lot of paid leveling scripts in the past that are being sold here. Im just wondering if its still ''safe'' to use those leveling scripts, or if jagex tighten down on botting recently?

Cheers! :)

Hey welcome :D so in my theory - botting in 2026 is more about the prep rather than scripts used.

The prep work is important before botting, so your account's ip, registration date, history, quest points/total level matter alot. Then you can start thinking about scripts.

If you emphasise these, you will max out easily, as I've been doing on my youtube main account.

So I rest my accounts for 48hrs at least, avoid trading, add random friends to my friends list, random idling, avoid GE early on, bot purely on my home IP

long time user here, exactly a good point how ever i have noticed they are definitely getting more tricky so use some mules to accounts you dont care about to start. i have all czars scripts they work unreal had great luck, lately i have been getting slammed within 2 hours on many different accounts thare are old and have been used on and off over the years so am taking a short break from it, 8 accounts in 3 weeks permed. denied appeal LOL

Ya I'm getting back in it too, I will report back with my experimentation and findings.

I've had good success in the past getting end level accounts with minimal hoops.  Sounds the new landscape may be trickier.
