Can't Log in...

Featured Replies

Hello guys, i've posted previous topics about my issue but nothing has yet to solve my problem. i can open up the client normally but once i click the "Signed Out" option and enter my user/pass then try to log in... nothing happens. I try clicking log in and nothing occurs... i don't know what to do. And i'm putting in the correct username and pass for sure so i just don't get it... Please Help?

close the bot, reinstall java, and redownload the bot and open it and try then, it should work mate

Sometimes you just have to wait if you have slow internet.

My client was freezing earlier, couldn't log in ect. But I just restarted my computer and now it's working great. If the above suggestions don't work, try restarting.

You need to have JDK installed.

Download and install it and see if the problem is fixed.

Is there an alternative to people with Mac 10.6.8 ?

Your Mac's Operating System is not being compatible with the updated Java versions.

Amazingly, Apple themselves have written specific Java software to suit your iMac OS! Use the link below and download the correct applet for your OS.

View the list of downloads yourself:

http://support.apple.com/downloads/#Java

If you're running on an OS x Snow Leopard 10.6.8, then you should install the following:

Java for Mac OS X 10.6 Update 16

If you're running on the newer OS x versions (2013), then you should install the following:

Java for OS X 2013-004

If you're running on a 10.4 OS x version, then you should install the following:

Java for Mac OS X 10.4, Release 9

Install the right one and re start the client.

Thanks so happy I saw this topic, had the exact same problem! all I did was download Java again and it worked. Thanks so much guys <3 happy botting
