I would like to know an effective place to train my attack and strength. currently 63 att and 64 str 48 def as well. I dont want to bot experiments or rock crabs as they are rediculously high ban rate. I and using defs free autofighter.

ive tried bro. defs bot doesnt keep clicking so when they flee from combat and get behind a grave it pretty much slows the bot.
