Every time i go to open the script or whatever you call it. A window opens up thats is all black with an underscore flashing in the top left corner of the window. then it instantly closes. im new to running 3rd party programs for OSRS. Im using Java to launch the download. What am i missing?

If osbot isn't launching you may have to use java 8 update 292, or run jarfix if you already have java 8 installed, this should do the trick.

The only option without going into the Java folder is Java(TM) Platform SE binary.

 

what application do I use in the Java/jdk-22/bin folder so I use to launch OSbot?

 

also I googled Java 8 Update 292 and can’t find anything. Do you have a link?

Forgot to mention Java 8 update 292

Java 22 will not work, I usually download java 8 from OpenJDK because I cba to register on official java page just to download java

That is very strange, I can download java from the official website without registering.

which folder and which program do i use to open OSBot?

okay i got it to work after i downloaded jarfix!
