make it safe and change your i.p

If it was a flagged ip (most likely) yes. get a vpn or a new vps and you will be fine

They obviously went across the board and banned the accounts sharing your IP. Chances are that you'll be banned as soon as you get rolling again unless you get a new IP address.

If you carry on botting with the same IP, you'll get those account banned too. You'll need to change your IP.

It can either be reset by unplugging your router or calling your ISP and ask them to change it.
