may sound like im a dumb ass. but.. did you choose the right acount? and did you correctly fill in the pin linked to your acount on rs?

yeah, even deleted it and re added it all, it logs me in fine, just when it comes to bank pin. messes up lol :(

did you save it properly? sometimes for me it deletes what i enter
