Certain things attract more attention then others, like runecrafting and hunter, those are pretty much your insta-ban, but otherwise, if you play it safe, you could get away with it for a while.

try botting in german worlds with low players in it, its safer than english Worlds.

If you want it to be safer, make your own script.
