Want to be able to do 100 Push ups in a row?

Featured Replies

In only 7 weeks following this website's schedule hundredpushups.com and plan I was able to start doing 100s of push ups in a row!

It's completely free and worth a try, just thought I'd tell you guys about it because it helped me out. (I was in shape when I started doing it so it was pretty easy for me)

I followed this work out a year ago and now I can do more than 100 push ups in a row!

It is something to try, I followed a Monday, Wednesday, Friday schedule with tests on Saturdays.

Now I do Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday schedule with tests on Saturdays, which I made up this work out, and if anyone needs some help I could probably give pointers, but I'm not a bodybuilder or completely jacked, just a gamer that is in shape.

GOODLUCK!

And it would be cool if people posted their results and stuff and if it help or not on this thread!

Will give it a try later on, i start a full year workout tomorrow :o taking pictures and recording my progress every month for a year :D

I'll try this out

GOODLUCK! Post results too!

You should check out bodybuilding forums, that's where I used to post my progress.

What type of push ups? Like the ones where you go all the way down, or the noob ones when you go 90 degrees?

I do all the way down hold for about 2 seconds. It is up to you though, there are plenty of different types of push ups. And they all work different muscles different ways! Like I do hip push ups normal push ups wide push ups and diamonds, also, I do them at different speeds, like when Monday,Wednesday, Friday I do slow push ups, 2 second pause when I go down holding it and going slow back to the set position and continue like that, but on Tuesday and Thursdays I do the push ups as fast as I can.(usually I do more this way).

@famoos NICE! When I first started I only did about 25 pushups, I believe you start on week 3 or 4 with that score!

Thank you =) and yeah the site is pretty legit!

Looks neat I might go for it! I can hit 80 already so it might be a wee bit pointless considering it would take me 2 or 3 weeks to get to 100
