Yeah Jeff your IP is flagged. You need to change it or log in using  VPN so it's a different IP.

log in drop what you can and pick up on another account. Using a different IP to log into the accounts won't matter they will still be banned.

happened to me today and I managed to drop cash + noted item before getting dced and banned.
