I'm one of the two SSF helpers, was agreed by the others to make this to answer questions. Sorry your opinion is different.

Superscript is stupid IMO. You guys are acting like you created your own advanced bot.. yet you have only created a fairly simple script that isn't at all efficent or worth the money

In the process of making scripts, it can be difficult. Going above and beyond the already created scripts requires knowledge of the script that most people don't have.

 

I don't really see the major advantages of answering questions on twitter.

Using the private messaging system or creating a support thread in my mind would be much easier rather than tweeting about an issue.
