Not sure how long it would take, but just powerchop willows in a place that isnt crowded

 

but im sure mining coal is just as good as yews.

Honestly, you are making 40-60k h mining coal, you would make more by fletching maple logs into maple longbow (u) (which has very low banrate if u do it in a quiet bank like the one in Nardah) But if by some reason you still want to mine coal, the most efficient way would be to use defnerds script in mining guild, and use teleports (skills necklace->mines) That way u might do like 70k/h

As others said mining can be very profittable at 85 but coal is still pretty good, i'm not sure about ban rates though
