The reason is that I stated in the appeal that somebody has access to my account. However, now if I attempt to unlock it the request keeps getting denied by Jagex (after 6-7 hours). Im pretty sure most information that I put in the form is correct, however the account is never paid with any credit card because I bought in-game bonds to maintain my membership.
