Doing this is easily much more expensive than just buying such an account.

I bought an ironman with no email set with 99 fm, 99 farming, 91 hunter, 73 agility and 65 rc for $120. then i asked the seller to do some extra levels to around mid 70's in thieving and fishing and rouge outfit for $70. then also some starter cash 5mill for an extra $30.
