If anyone thinks they could help me, I would be very grateful. Maybe my problem could be solved via discord.

They will try to oversell you on shit that doesn't work. We are releasing our account creator soon. We do not offer support for bottinghub. I recommend you charge back if you can. They don't have a real developer anymore to fix issues.
