Almost no one will have both scripts, so you will not get a fair opinion on it. 

I have Czar script, it works great 

Your best option would be to just ask trial from both creators. Czar and Khal is giving trials for most of there scripts so just test them out 

Since I have both. I can tell you that they're both very similar. Czars has fletching and alching while afk I believe (repair mode). Khal is always a high quality script maker. You will get your money's worth with either. I've recebtly used them for novice boat and there were just not enough people playing the minigame unfortunately. Then again I did it during nonpeak times.

Ya that's the annoying part of pest control nowadays, there is max 1 boat running at some points and the points/h are really bad at that point

Create a hive mind for the script and so they all just join the same boat muahahaha. But really, yes. It's kind of a dead content since the only unlocks that people really want is void. The exp feature is very rarely used I would think. So once void is unlocked they forget about the minigame.
