Why am I not a fucking poet?

The city is calm to-night.

The guards lay rest, the moon lies fair

Upon the stairs; on the Varrock East bank.

Gleams and is gone; the banners of Gielinor stand;

Glimmering and vast, out on the tranquil walls.

Run to the center, sweet is the waters glimor!

Only, from the long line of spray

Where the fountain meets the moon-blanched land,

Listen! you hear the grating roar

Of hammers which forge new armor, and weapons,

At their master, upon the anvil he stands,

Proud, and eminent, and then again begin,

With tremulous cadence slow, and bring

The eternal note of "give me the account please"

It might have to do with your grammar, phrasing, and cadence-- and most poets aren't showy/are their own biggest critics.

Hitting 'center paragraph' doesn't make something a poem.

Sorry (but not that sorry because I could have simply deleted the above and said it nicer.. >.>)

I do like some of your vocabulary though!

Feel free to attack me back :l

it's only fair.

Why aren't you a poet?

Because you're going to be a trial scripter here forever.

The vocabulary is nice but it doesn't have any meaning.
