Hey guys, so normally i bot on my pc, but today I wanted to try it on my laptop, but literally everything is gone, even though I am on the same osbot account. There are no scripts, and no saved osrs accounts to log in to. 

Are you refferring to private/local scripts? If so they wont transfer over you would need to do that yourself.

Again, same thing with the login information, if you've not logged into an account before on the laptop, there wont be any data to save.

If you're refferring to SDN Scripts, there is no reason why they wouldn't appear as they're from the cloud. Make sure you're using the correct OsBot account if thats the case.
