Hi im not sure where to post this but im in a little pickle.

I got charged for 2 years worth of VIP out of nowhere despite me not using any of the services or even log in for the past couple of years.

Is refund an option when it comes to cases like this or i just have to suck it up?- This money means alot to me

Hey thanks for the answer.

I wasnt aware it was an automatic monthly payment up until now since i got charged over 200 Usd in one go
