Never bot a mule you would like to keep - do everything manually.
Consider trickle-down-muling (a mule trades another mule which trades another mule).

My mule (out of superstition) has quests, some random levels and is not 3 combat and it's never been banned in maybe 7 years or so

Czar was looking for some advice to start botting me, and also of mules I am afraid of being banned by the mule and the chain ban of my mule for example: a bot passes 40m to the mule I know they will ban the bot but the mule is what worries me.
