Scott09
A find out which Windows version you are using, right-click on the "This PC" or "My Computer" icon on your desktop, then click on "Properties." It should display the Windows version and system information.
Everussell
Windows version: Press Windows key + R, type "winver", and press Enter. A window will pop up showing your Windows version. Java Installation: Open Command Prompt (type "cmd" in the search bar and press Enter). In the command prompt window, type "java -version" and press Enter. If Java is installed, it will show you the version. For personalized help, it's best to reach out to someone you trust who is tech-savvy. Remote assistance tools like TeamViewer can be useful, but they can also pose security risks if you give control of your PC to untrusted individuals. Alternatively, there are tech help forums and websites where you can ask for guidance and receive step-by-step instructions. Remember, always be cautious about sharing your personal information or giving remote control of your computer to someone you don't know or trust.
