off topic: is the the free version allowed 1 or 2 clients opened?

can the account management on the website allows you to see the devices that connected to your account?

I dont fully understand the second question, But the Client does know how many versions of your account are logged in, it's aware of how many clients are open from your account. I really doubt the staff can see what devices youre on but they can see how many accounts are playing from your osbot login for sure

actually though, is it possible to add more security though for the user? like having 2fa option or email verification for the client log in itself?

and can the users also see how many runescape accounts/emails are logged into your web/cilent account or maybe just a history log? and/or maybe being able to set a limit on how many accounts you can have on for when you're vip? because id like to set it at 0 or a low number to prevent others from using my account lol.

Yes, adding both a 2FA and email verfication is possible (i've seen other clients do this), however not sure how important that is for a botting client. As, the internal security that OSBOT has already implemented in the current client is sufficent enough (I've used OSBOT since 2013 and never had any issues with my accounts).

Also, check out the perks and benefits for VIP here (your question is answered there):
