Categories/Groups inside the account tab

Featured Replies

Hi, I've recently started gaining more and more bots saved inside my OSRS account tab. I've been having issues remembering which bot is what. Of course one could say it's possible to just note it down inside an excel sheet or something similar but I'd argue this is a fairly simple feature that would improve the user experience a lot for a simple overlook of what accounts that exists.

My suggestion is to add a feature that works something a long the ways of being able to create groups with any name. Then have some sort of way to assign whatever account into a certain group so that they would be listed as for example below:

[Fishing Bots]

-Account 1

-Account 2

-Account 3

[Woodcutting Bots]

-Account 1

-Account 2

[Vorkath Bots]

-Account 1

I'd hope that the groups would be static after creation and that you'd just assign an account during or after creation to the group. If a user would like to remove the account and add it into another group it would have to be done through some type of menu.

Of course this could be worked into something much better but atleast I hope I planted a seed into something that would eventually become a reality. I'd appreciate if people who read this please comment about ideas or similar thoughts.

I'd like to add to the argument that these groups could later on perhaps be added into CLI arguments or something along those ways in order to start every woodcutting bot or any other category.

as someone who uses email domains for account organization this would make my life a lot easier (ik there are easier ways)
