Could be bot time, breaks, high populated area, etc. Wouldn't always be the script. There is alot of trial and error that goes into botting. Couple months ago rooftops was instant ban on OSBot and other major clients, but it's back to "normal" banrates atm. You could also opt for other courses rather than rooftops.
