i have a mauler 

 

Combat level :: 36

 

Attack :: 1

Str :: 60

Def :: 1

HP :: 52

Range :: 47

Prayer :: 1

Magic :: 20

 

i wanted to get 60 range so i could dbow then obby maul but also wanted to get 40 combat so that i could do pest control to get 99s without hp leveling 

 

I am not to rich so cant afford to get the beserk necklace to help out which sucks

Its heavily range based. You will need to get about 73 Strength for it to have the correct Strength:Ranged ratio. Also you should have trained slayer with the range.

your better off making a new mauler lol

=/ ill just level up str using pest control to try and save him i want to have 99 str and like 70 range in end maybe like 60 hp

 

Yeah as previous people said, your range is too high for your str.

I used to have an obby mauler(pre eoc) that was 20atk, 99str, 31prayer, 60ranged(I believe) and everyone always screamed failed mauler but I literately ko'd anyone I faced..  I'd just get 20 attack from death plateau of course and possibly 31 prayer. Then when people call you out simply smash there face in

 

1 attack maulers = overrated..

Check your PM

use it for stakeing range knife staking the high str helps your hp which is very handy in a rune knife fight

Just get more  strength levels and you will be okay.
