Im wondering if someone is willing to make a script that can generate an account by selecting certain stat levels and it will do it all automatically like a main builder bot

You can use my utitlites script to do exactly what you asked :)
Account builder script with multi skills is not allowed on the store, but you can use script queueing to do exactly what you asked 😉

I am having issues importing from the Wiki.  I paste the link in and click import but get no returns.
