Even with the email it significantly de-values the account as anyone can recover it back easily. Usually half the price if it's not un-registered unfortunately. EDIT: You can make unregistered account's by not adding an email to it (It just means you wouldn't be able to ever log into it on the website to change the password etc as this is where it requires you to add an email first time logging in) Edited October 30, 2022 by xRYAN 1
