I am unable to login to the client.

I tried capitalizing the first letter of my username but still.

How do i fix this?

Are you on the latest client? 1.7.47? Are you getting any error such as 'failed to logg in' or does the logg in button doesn't respond at all?

That can be due 2 problems, we will start with the easiest solution , if it doesn't work just reply again and we'll continue solving it.:

 

1. Delete all your osbot files located at c:user/YOURUSER/Osbot, just delete that whole map and the client too.

2. Re download the client from Osbot.org

3. Try to sign in again.

Alright, then it's your JAVA which is outdated.

Make sure to get an update and also have JDK installed!
