Detectability of personal python programs

Semi experienced python programmer here.

How dangerous is writing your own scripts using, say, pyautogui? Can anyone comment on being banned or lack of being banned? I remember hearing about how jagex has changed their terms of service to be more invasive with their software -- detecting programs on your computer and the like. I can write in plain old notepad and run off off of visual studio.

I do not think this would matter, this may have just been added because of the Steam version of the client. But even if it does I don't think running 1 or 2 accounts would matter, probably looking for farms.
