I can assure you that this works equally well on all enemies. Unless there's some unexplainable bug in the client version you're using (I have not yet tested the script on the Dev build 2.3.85).

Try going over your profile settings again. The option must be set for each opponent individually

Trying to figure out best options for conserving prayer, as praying handling is really bad.

Well i tought it works as in it takes 1 sip of prayer pot and once it runs out it wont take another, because it doesnt seem to use prayer if brother is in the tunnel, when i`d like for it to take 1 sip, i`ll mess a bit more with options. Doing legit 6ppots are enough for 7 chests, but bot ends with 0-2 sips after 4 chests

That's not how it works. It's quite clearly described in the OP how it works.

 

It will use any remaining prayer points that you may have, but not use potions.

So if i select protect from melee while tunnel traversing, it will never sip ppot when out of prayer and is about to get in tunnel or while in it? So if i get brother in tunnel it will use left over pray in tunnel?

 

After deleting old setting the "do not use"  seem to work with other brothers

Yes, if you have prayers selected and have any remaining prayer left, they will be used against the enemy. The option only dictates that no further prayer potions are used to keep the prayers up.

i do neit helm glory black d body dragon legs d boots combat brace obby cape spirit shield tirdent of the seas for all except ahrim i use karils x-bow and get 3-5 chests in welfare 70attk 85+str 68def

You should def add feature of grinding some brothers since killing ahrims torags aint worth for shit.
