I really have no idea what those coordinates are; or where the mirror client gets them from. they don't seem to even partially match the actual tomb or mound coordinates. Could you try enabling the clients position debugger in the client settings (While inside of the tomb after getting the error)?

The mirror mode watermark seems to cover it

We can't because the position go over the Mirror Client. So the position is not readable

I'll do that the next time it happen. (It happen twice today)

 

Maybe instead of disconnecting the player. Try go up and down one more time to see if the position change as a fail safe.
