you either don't have the level or don't have the quests req'd for those runes. it works just fine for me

Well first of all you need the RC level to enter the altars.
And make sure you have the quests done to be able to enter the altar

only got to use the script for 1 hour ish as it glitched me out and was just standing outside portal. But when it was working was really good!
